A Purpose-Built Home for Marshall Soccer
MIRC Construction Services helped deliver Hoops Family Field at Veterans Memorial Soccer Complex, creating a dedicated home for Marshall University’s men’s and women’s soccer programs. The facility combines a competition field with spectator seating, team and support areas, concessions, lighting, and a prominent memorial honoring veterans.
The completed complex provides Marshall Athletics with a distinctive, modern venue while strengthening the connection between the university, its supporters, and the Huntington community.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS
The 1,006-seat complex combines a collegiate competition field with spectator seating, concessions, restrooms and a press box. Dedicated locker rooms, training areas, team lounges, equipment space, coaching offices and support facilities serve Marshall’s men’s and women’s soccer programs. The original Veterans Memorial Field House panel was preserved at the main entrance, maintaining the site’s connection to generations of local veterans.
