Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR)
Under CMAR, the Construction Manager becomes involved during design, provides preconstruction services, and later assumes responsibility for construction delivery. The CM typically holds the trade contracts and may provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price once the design has progressed sufficiently.
