MIRC Construction Services served as general contractor for the new Parnell Family Eye Care facility in South Point, Ohio. The project created a modern medical office environment designed to support patient care, efficient clinical workflow, and a welcoming experience for patients and visitors.
The completed facility brings together reception and waiting areas, examination and treatment spaces, optical display areas, staff support functions, and the building systems needed for a specialized eye-care practice. Careful coordination helped integrate clinical requirements, technology, cabinetry, lighting, and patient-facing finishes within a cohesive environment.
The finished project provides Parnell Family Eye Care with a distinctive and functional facility that supports daily operations while serving patients throughout South Point and the surrounding community.
