MIRC Construction Services served as general contractor for the Perioperative Department Renovation at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. The project focused on modernizing clinical and support spaces serving the hospital’s perioperative operations.
The renovation included improvements to patient-care areas, clinical workspaces, staff and support areas, and associated interior finishes. The completed work created a more functional environment designed to support efficient clinical workflow and the daily needs of patients, caregivers, and hospital staff.
Construction was completed within an active hospital environment, requiring careful planning, infection-control measures, sequencing, and close coordination with hospital personnel.
