Robert & Lena Shell Medical Pavilion
MIRC Construction Services served as General Contractor for the Robert & Lena Shell Medical Pavilion in Huntington, West Virginia, a five-story, 78,000-square-foot outpatient medical facility developed for Cabell Huntington Hospital and Marshall Health Network.
The project brought multiple specialty and outpatient services together in a modern, patient-focused facility connected directly to the hospital campus. Construction included advanced diagnostic and clinical spaces, registration and waiting areas, specialty departments, support spaces, and a direct pedestrian connection to the adjacent parking garage.
Completed in 2024, the Shell Medical Pavilion demonstrates MIRC’s ability to deliver large, technically complex healthcare facilities in Huntington while coordinating closely with the owner, design team, and specialty trade partners.
