Vice President & CFO
Nathan Adam Samples brings nearly three decades of construction experience to MIRC Construction Services, with a background spanning company operations, financial oversight, construction safety, resource management, job-cost tracking, and executive leadership.
As Vice President, CFO, and Owner of MIRC, Adam helps oversee the financial and operational health of the company. His responsibilities include job-cost monitoring, manpower and equipment allocation, health and safety oversight, and the coordination of company resources across MIRC projects.
Adam works closely with MIRC’s project managers and superintendents to ensure that personnel, tools, and equipment are assigned efficiently. By managing these resources at the executive level, he allows project teams to remain focused on construction means, methods, quality, and schedule while maintaining accountability for project cost and performance.
Safety remains a central part of Adam’s leadership. He has managed employee health and safety on individual construction projects valued as high as $50 million while also supporting MIRC’s company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs. His experience includes healthcare, commercial, industrial, government, military, retail, parking, residential, mixed-use, and educational construction.
Before the formation of MIRC Construction Services, Adam managed manpower, tools, and equipment for a Fortune 500 construction firm. That experience reinforced the importance of matching the right resources to each project and using company assets efficiently to control cost, support productivity, and reduce avoidable delays.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Safety Engineering from Fairmont State University and is a member of the American Society for Health Care Engineering. His leadership approach combines financial discipline, operational planning, proactive risk management, and direct support for MIRC’s project teams and clients.
